John Keefe is a Managing Director in the New York office of NachmanHaysBrownstein, Inc. He is an experienced financial executive and has served as interim CFO, CEO, and CRO for clients in a variety of industries. John has extensive experience in entrepreneurial management, financial analysis, and problem-solving. He also has extensive experience in establishing successful strategic directions, profit growth management and restructuring plans for small to mid-sized companies.

John has served as a Chief Turnaround Officer, successfully guiding debtors through Chapter 11. He is also a founding partner and co-founder of three companies, including a high technology venture capital investment partnership, a consulting and management services firm, and a provider of enterprise software solutions for business infrastructure management.

He has a proven record of integrating creative strategy and direction, sound fundamentals, business analysis, and strong leadership skills to achieve significant growth and investor value. John is proficient in identifying new and more profitable ways of doing business. He is an incisive analyst able to gather relevant information, analyze a complex situation, identify core issues and challenges, establish an innovative plan for action with others, build consensus and make tough decisions. John Keefe has strong fundamental quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, sound financial training and experience, and extensive experience with financing and financial structures for a business.

John received an A.B. degree from Harvard College with a concentration in mathematics. He also received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he completed in the top 5% of his class and won the Loeb Rhoades Prize for outstanding accomplishment in Finance. John is a Member of the Institute for Independent Business.
