Noel M. Parsons is a Senior Consultant at NachmanHaysBrownstein, Inc.  He has over 25 years of sales management and business development experience in the banking, distribution and manufacturing industries.  His responsibilities have included profit and loss managerial responsibility, departmental budgets, strategic planning, employee development and contract negotiations.  He specializes in developing financing options for distressed companies.  

Mr. Parsons supports NHB’s business development in the banking and asset-based lending industries throughout the southeastern United States.  He analyzes refinancing transactions on behalf of NHB’s clients, and provides management expertise for orderly wind-downs and liquidations.

Prior to joining NHB, Mr. Parsons held a senior position in a regional turnaround firm, where he was responsible for developing and analyzing lending and portfolio management relationships.  He led its business development efforts in the southeast, and initiated new investment projects, secured financing and managed manufacturing and marketing enterprises.

Mr. Parsons has served in several key business development positions, including Eastern Regional Sales Manager for a Japanese engine manufacturer, and built a national network of 300 independent dealers.  He also served as Business Development Manager for a distributor of diesel engines, focused on industrial, commercial and agricultural applications.  He has also served as Director of Business Development for a manufacturer of hazmat containment systems used by the Dept. of Defense, and in the chemical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.

Elected in 2006 as a Certified Management Consultant by the Institute of Management Consultants USA, Noel meets the Institute's standards for technical competence, professional experience and ethical conduct.  He has completed several certificate programs in training and development, market research, ISO 9000 studies and management.  He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the National Funding Associations, the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Charlotte World Trade Association. 

Noel Parsons earned his bachelors degree from LaSalle University, was an honors student at Haverford College, studied economics at Villanova University, and earned certification in training and development at the University of North Carolina.  He served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Punjab, India and holds dual citizenship in the United States and the European Union.

Noel M. Parsons is a part-time faculty member at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, NC, where he has taught Business English to a growing international community.
